Ordering - Secure Order Processing |
Orders placed on-line are completely
secure via our shopping cart. Your Visa, Mastercard and
American Express card will not be charged until we have cleared
your order for shipping.
Once placed, your order will be securely
transmitted to us. We will confirm availability and ship date,
enter your order, process your credit card, and send you an
e-mail regarding your order and expected ship date. All orders
will be confirmed immediately and then upon the processing of
your card, will be confirmed again, usually within 48 hours. If
you have questions concerning your order please e-mail us at karen@karensshop.net If you prefer we accept checks and money orders. We also have a Wire account available. Please include with your payment-- the item number, item name, quantity purchased, shipping costs (calculated from the shopping cart order form item page) and total amount. We will also need your complete Ship To street address and phone number. Returns |
If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in in new,
undamaged condition in the original undamaged box within
30 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the cost of
the item purchased (less shipping costs and any fees that
we incurred to process your order). The exception would be final
sale items. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free. If you do not insure the item and it arrives damaged, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund. You would not like to receive your order damaged and we would not want to have it returned damaged. Insurance costs are just a dollar or two. Remember you must place the claim if the carrier damages the package on it’s way back to us. Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in undamaged/unused condition by the method used by the customer at the time of purchase. For orders where the customer was charged shipping we do not refund the cost of shipping. Exchanges. All exchanges for items must be made within 30-days of receipt. Obtain an authorization from us for the return. Special orders or import orders may not be Exchanged or Cancelled. Earrings may not be exchanged. The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost. All orders must be shipped no more than 30 days after a return authorization is issued. If orders, on which Karen’s Gift Shoppe has paid shipping,
are refused by the customer, shipping charges to and from the
recipient and any other fees applied by the carrier will be
passed along to the customer. |
Damaged Shipments |
If your product is damaged in shipment,
please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep
the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no
cost to you and handle the processing of the damaged product.

Special Delivery |
We will ship special delivery at your request on a cost to you basis. We will also ship outside the U.S.A. on a cost to you basis. In this regard we will try to find the most cost effective rate to you and will be happy to confirm that to you before finalizing your shipment. |
International Shipping |
How International Shipping works:
Once we receive your order we will
weigh and measure the item(s). We will try to find the
carrier with the most economic cost to you and email you with
the rate to ship your order. Once we receive your approval
of the shipping cost we will add the approved costs to your order and process your order. Shipment will go out once we have secured approved payment. All orders are screened for fraud before processing. |
Overseas Duties, Customs, Brokerage Fees or Royalties |
For all sales to foreign countries including Canada, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay whatever import taxes, brokerage fees, royalties, customs, duties or other costs that may be imposed on the import of the product purchased, upon receipt of shipment. If you question these fees, please consult your local customs office, as we do not have that information. |
Free Gift Wrap |
We also offer FREE GIFT WRAPPING of your item, provided it is of the size that can be gift wrapped and we have the item in stock. If you have requested gift wrap, we will let you know if your order cannot be gift wrapped. We will also include a gift message with your order if requested. To request this free gift wrapping service please call us at the number below or include your request in the "Comments" section of your order. |
