Franz Artist Signing Event

We invite you to our Franz Porcelain Artist Signing Event December 7, 2008, Sunday,  from 12pm until 3 pm here at the shop. Junnie Fu, Franz designer will be here to  demonstrate her technique and sign Franz Collection pieces for you. We will be happy to take pre-orders and have Junnie sign them if you cannot make it to the Event.  Just indicate on your Order that you would like your purchase signed at the Event.

If any items are shown as Back Ordered on my site you may still order them for the signing.  We have been assured by Franz that shipping to our shop for this Event will receive priority shipping.  We have also learned from experience that jewelry is generally too small to accommodate artist signature.

Junnie Fu, Franz Designer

Born in Taiwan in 1981.  Influenced by her artist mother, Junnie has been fascinated with art since childhood.

Her parents always encouraged her to think independently and to express herself. She learned to embrace the arts with a total free mind.

 

Junnie has received many honors in painting contests since a young age.
She loves traveling and animals. She also enjoys observing the beauty in life and nature.

Nature is her source of inspiration.  She believes good design always comes from the experience of life.  Every creature from Nature is precious in her eyes.  She has three dogs and a parrot; each of them completes her “joie de vivre”.
 
A graduate of Product Design from the Milan Italy Domus Academy,
the years spent in Milan made a great impact on Junnie, where she learned many things, which all became great assets to her design career.

Junnie believes design is not only about the functions of the product but also has to be beautiful and communicative.  She thinks that the design, essence of well-being, can bring hope and happiness into day-to-day life.
